Frequently Asked Questions
I haven’t been seen in awhile - what is your policy for re-establishing care?
All clients (human, canine, and equine) that have not been seen for a year or longer are subject to a re-examination prior to restarting care. This is a slightly longer appointment to go back through changes to your health history and learn more about your current complaint/reason for wanting to restart care.
All clients that have not been seen for over 3 years are required to be treated as a “new” client with a full history and examination before treatment.
Do you take insurance?
We are not in network with any insurance companies at this time. We are a time of service office so that we can tailor our care plan to you - not to what care your insurance dictates. We strive to keep our prices affordable and do not sell lengthy care plans in advance. Care is tailored to you and how your body is responding to treatment
Do you take Medicare?
While we do not bill Medicare directly, we do work with those on Medicare and may be able to get clients partial reimburse in some cases. Please reach out with more questions
Do you do chiropractic care during pregnancy?
Yes! Dr. Callie follows the Webster protocol and loves helping people stay as comfortable and active during pregnancy as possible! Chiropractic is a safe, gentle, and effective measure to reduce pain during pregnancy as an alternative to medication.
Do you take walk ins?
We schedule visits by appointment only and do not offer walk in visits at this time. We do our best to get all clients in as soon as possible and accept same day appointments as much as possible. Don’t see a time that works for you on our online booking site? Reach out and we will do our best to accommodate.
Will you set up at our event?
We would love to be part of your event to be available to work canine and equine clients! Rodeos, agility trials, gymkhanas, and more, reach out so we can chat!
